The RAM motorcycle handlebar base features a 1.5" rubber ball designed to sit perpendicular to the mounting rail. The stainless steel U-bolt fits rails with a diameter of 1" to 1.25". The base also includes black end caps that fit over the exposed ends of the U-bolt.
