The RAM ROD® Flush Mount Spline Post Base (RAM-114FMU) installs directly into the gunwale of a vessel to create a sleek, low-profile rod mounting location. Designed to fit into a hole with a diameter of 1.4", the spline post base is secured by drilling down the four corners for a stable, permanent installation. The central socket is compatible with RAM ROD® and RAM® Tube™ rod holders with a spline post. An integrated rubber cap seals the socket when the rod holder is removed, which helps prevent standing water and keeps your deck clean and dry.
