The RAM ROD® Rod Holder with Plunger Bulkhead Base (RAM-114-BMP) mounts directly onto a flat surface of a vessel and supports both horizontal and vertical installation. With a built-in plunger safety mechanism, this base locks the rod holder firmly in place and prevents accidental removal on the water. To install, simply insert the RAM ROD® spline post until it clicks into place; to remove, press the plunger and pull the holder out. The bulkhead base is compatible with all RAM ROD® holders that use a spline post base. Compatible with both spinning and baitcasting rods, it features a 360-degree rotating collar that allows anglers to quickly lock their rod in place.
