The RAM-118U consists of a double socket arm, a round base with a diameter of 2.5" with the universal AMPS hole pattern and a large "U"-shaped holder that can be strapped around a tube of 4" to 5.5". Originally designed to attach to a lantern base, this holder can also be used as a base to attach to a round rail.
