The RAM-B-177-C-TAB2U consists of a glare shield clamp base, long double socket arm, round base adapter and Tab-Tite™ universal clamp holder. This mount is designed for attachment to the edge of a flat surface up to 5/8" thick. Popular mounting edges are the window edge on the side of a car or the glare shield in an aircraft. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the edge surface. The spring-loaded Tab-Tite™ holder makes it easy to place and remove your tablet and keeps it securely in place on the go. The interchangeable socket ends are designed to optimise the functionality of your tablet and provide access to audio jacks, usb, power and other ports, so your tablet can be used as intended. The included back plate is interchangeable with support cups of various sizes, making it compatible with numerous tablet models. New removable support cups are the only components you need to purchase; attach them to the back plate to support your new tablet.
