The RAP-B-218-1-366U consists of a base with a female hole with 1" ball, double socket arm and 1" ball, connected to a round plate with 1/4"-20 camera bolt. The female hole base fits most common telescopic and extension poles. The 1/4"-20 steel male threaded post fits any standard female thread found on camcorders, digital cameras and POV cameras.
