The RAM® Torque™ handlebar and rail mount base has a rubber ball of 1.5" and is suitable for bars from 3/4" to 1" diameter. Sizing inserts are included for a snug fit and protection of the rail. The mount uses nylon-insert lock nuts to prevent loosening in high-vibration environments.
