The RAP-B-400-238U consists of the small Tough-Claw™ base, composite double socket arm and diamond base adapter. The RAM® Tough-Claw™ is the perfect mounting base for quick and easy tool-free installation and removal on round, square and irregularly shaped rails and tubes. The Tough-Claw™ can be clamped onto rails with an outer diameter of 0.625" - 1.14". The diamond base adapter features the universal 2-hole AMPS hole pattern that is the industry standard and connects to a large number of RAM® Mount and third-party holders. The holder is designed with a patented RAM® rubber ball-and-socket system of 1" diameter with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allows virtually infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
