The RAM-B-400-238U consists of the small RAM® Tough-Claw™ base, marine-grade aluminium double socket arm and diamond base adapter. The RAM® Tough-Claw™ is the perfect mounting base for quick and easy tool-free installation and removal on round, square and irregularly shaped rails and bars. The RAM® Tough-Claw™ can be clamped onto rails of 0.625" - 1.14" outer diameter. The diamond base adapter features the industry-standard universal 2-hole AMPS hole pattern, which connects to a wide variety of RAM® Mount and third-party holders. The holder is designed with a RAM® 1" diameter patented rubber ball-and-socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; which allows nearly infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
