The RAM® Tough-Claw™ small clamp mount with diamond plate - short arm (RAM-B-400-A-238U) consists of the small Tough-Claw™ base, short double socket arm and diamond plate ball base. The RAM Tough-Claw™ is the perfect mounting base for quick and easy tool-free installation and removal on round, square and irregularly shaped rails and bars. The Tough-Claw™ can be clamped onto rails of 0.625" - 1.14" outer diameter. The diamond plate ball base features the industry-standard, universal AMPS 2-hole pattern, which connects to a wide variety of RAM Mount and third-party holders. The holder is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball-and-socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allows nearly infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
