A dummy unit has the same body as a standard Skipper unit, but contains no tape. The purpose of a dummy unit is to act as the end point of a cordon line. Simply attach the dummy unit to a cone, post, or support bracket, then attach the standard Skipper unit’s tape end clip to one of the three corresponding slots.
