FAQ



Orders

  • If your ordered part is in stock it will be send to you within 24h. 


  • You can follow updates about your order in your account under orders. These updates happen automatically, so you always get the correct information.

Payments

  • The different payment options are: Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, iDEAL, pay on collection/delivery.


  • Subsequent payment by invoice is also a possibility but this must be requested each time.


  • Requesting an invoice is always possible, even if you have already paid. 

Shipping & delivery

  • If the ordered part is in stock we will ship it within 24h. If this is not the case we will provide you with a delivery date.

  • All our parts are being delivered with taxipost.

Return & exchange

  • Ordered the wrong part or a defective part? On our returns page we explain how best to return a part.
