LASER DOT OR LINE HELPS THE DRIVER TO POSITION THE FORK TIPS CORRECTLY IN THE PALLET

The forklift laser guidance system significantly reduces the risk of damage to palletised goods by projecting a laser marking with a dot or line, giving the driver a constant visual reference while stacking or removing a pallet from racks at height. This system eliminates the risk of damage caused by fork tips in bags, cardboard boxes or other products on pallets. The aligned laser line shines at the height of the fork tips on the pallet. This allows the driver to position the forks at the correct height.

The forklift laser guidance system speeds up the retrieval of pallets and increases operational safety in your warehouse. Available as standard on a class II fork carriage or others on simple request.

Runs on a 7.5V rechargeable Li-Ion battery; the laser switches on automatically when the forklift vibrates or at a certain height.

From the fork back, a laser marking is projected onto the pallet / product to be moved at the same height as the fork tips
Enables the forklift driver to position the forks at the correct height before inserting them into the pallet
Single or dual laser: 1 laser to take pallets out of the rack (align on pallet) and 1 laser to insert pallets (align on racks)
