CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CONCENTRATE FOR DIESEL ENGINESNovafuel Optimizer HD is a concentrated diesel additive for the maintenance and internal cleaning of fuel and exhaust gas systems in Heavy Duty diesel engines. Novafuel Optimizer HD increases power and reduces consumption and soot emissions. It is added to the fuel reservoir or dosed into the diesel tank at every refuelling. Novafuel Optimizer HD cleans and optimises from the tank to the exhaust, including the injection pump, the injectors, lines, the combustion chambers, the EGR system, turbo, exhaust gas catalytic converter and DPF. The effect is greatest on engines that regularly run for short periods or under low load.BenefitsFrom tank to exhaust. Increases reliability. Reduces consumption. Reduces CO and soot emissions.Use 0.5 litre can: add to the fuel tank at every refuelling. 1 pack (0.5 L) is sufficient for 450 to 640 litres of diesel. 5 litre can: Add to a fuel tank of 4500-6400 litres of diesel. Treated fuel to be used within 12 months. The optimal effect builds up after a few refuellings, up to a maximum of 2 to 3 months of use, depending on the age, the type of engine and the degree of contamination in the fuel and exhaust system.Technical specifications Form: liquid. Colour: Light yellow. Odour: characteristic. Density: 0,83 g/ cm³. Shelf life: 24 months, stored cool, dry and frost-free

FINE PRIMER COATNova Finish Primer is a fine primer coat that guarantees a perfect finish. Nova Finish Primer combines elasticiser and adhesion capabilities with rust-inhibiting elements. Thanks to Nova Finish Primer, you no longer have to pour away paint residues and clean guns for small repairs. Nova Finish Primer is very economical in use. To guarantee the covering power of the paint you use, Nova Finish Primer is available in 3 colours. Nova Finish Primer has a fine top layer, which facilitates finishing and means less sanding work. Nova Finish Primer is very suitable for accelerated drying with infrared.AdvantagesCorrosion-inhibiting primer coat with elasticiser. Perfect adhesion on most hard materials, even on PVC. Quickly and easily sandable. With width adjustment and flow adjustment in the nozzle.UseThe adjustable nozzle makes this aerosol as manageable as a spray gun: width and flow adjustment in the head. Very suitable for accelerated drying with infrared. Shake well before use. Degrease the substrate with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam, then matt-sand. Always apply Nova Finish Primer in several thin layers. Spraying distance +/- 25cm. After use, empty the nozzle by spraying with the can inverted. After drying (+/- 20 min.), Nova Finish Primer is sandable. Overpaintable with most common paints. After use, turn the spray can over and spray gas to keep the nozzle clean. On plastics containing PE or PP, Nova Finish Primer may have poorer or even poor adhesion. On these plastic substrates we recommend first using a Seal & Bond Special Primer after matt-sanding before applying Nova Finish Primer. Which Novafill Flex to use? On metal as the first layer: Nova Finish Primer, for its rust-inhibiting capabilities. On other substrates (such as synthetic materials) as the first layer: Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex 2, for their adhesion capabilities (on difficult plastics first apply Seal&Bond Special Primer). Subsequent layers according to filling requirements: Novafiller, Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex2. As a top layer, before painting, Nova Finish Primer is recommended for its fine structure: easy finishing, time-saving thanks to less sanding work.Technical specifications Base: acrylic. Odour: characteristic. Vapour pressure at 20°C: 8300 hPa. Density at 20°C: 0.89 g/cm³. Solubility in water: not. Miscibility with water: slightly miscible. VOC (EU): 791.7 g/l. Filling power: +/- 40 micron. Shelf life: 24 months, dry, cool and frost-free. Safety measures: please consult the safety data sheet.
