Novatio HCS-Tape - roll 12mm / 0,22mm / 50m
ULTRA-FINE TRANSPARENT DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE TAPEHCS-Tape is a double-sided adhesive tape developed for industrial use. The tape has a high adhesion on various plastics and metals and anchors itself into the base material. The polyester carrier provides a very stable and strong tape, so that stretch and shrinkage are almost nil.AdvantagesHigh immediate adhesion. Based on polyester film and modified acrylic adhesive. High shear resistance and temperature-resistant. UV-resistant and free from stretch and shrinkage.UseThe thickness of 220 micron only permits bonding of 100% flat materials. For application on materials that are not 100% flat and/or porous or based on PE, PP, silicones or bitumen, test the adhesion first. Use of Seal&Bond Special Primer can considerably improve adhesion. Only stress-free bonds are durable.Technical specifications Composition: modified acrylic adhesive on polyester film. Colour: transparent. Thickness: 220micron. Temperature resistance: > 175°C. UV resistance: OK. Grammage of the release liner: 65 g/m2. Tensile force: 4 kg/cm2. Shear force: 4 kg/cm2. Total adhesion is achieved after 24 hours. Structure of the tape: Release liner: siliconised red polypropylene Transparent modified acrylic adhesive Carrier: polyester Transparent modified acrylic adhesive Shelf life: 24 months, stored dry, cool and frost-free.

Novatio HL-Fix Bundle and Tie - dispenser
SAFE, FAST AND EASY BUNDLING AND TYINGHP-Fix BT is a very fine polypropylene used for tying and bundling. Thanks to its special technology, a low peel resistance was achieved, ensuring ease of use. This contrasts directly with its high tensile strength, obtained through an optimised hook-and-loop connection. The soft finish respects even the most delicate materials (and even plants). HL-Fix BT can be re-closed hundreds of times. The greater the overlap, the stronger the connection. AdvantagesStrong, ultra-thin hook-and-loop tape in polypropylene. Low peel resistance and high tensile strength. Safe even on the most delicate materials thanks to the soft finish. For indoor and outdoor use.Technical specifications Backing: polypropylene. Width: 15mm. Length: 3m. Average peel force: new tape: 88,84 g/cm². After 3000 re-closures: 67,11 g/cm². Average tensile strength: new tape: 1,46 kg/cm². After 3000 re-closures: 1,31 kg/cm².
