Seal & Bond MS60 is based on hybrid polymers, *free of phthalates, free of solvents, free of isocyanates and free of silicones. As a result, Seal & Bond MS60 is virtually odourless and completely neutral, so that adhesion to bare metals and most materials offers unlimited possibilities. Can be welded through before curing. Also on damp substrates. Super strong and permanently elastic. Fast curing and overpaintable. Without harmful substances. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Processing temperature between +5°C and +40°C. Apply to a clean substrate, if necessary clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun (preferably with a telescopic plunger). Due to the wide variety of plastics and compositions, as well as materials sensitive to stress corrosion, preliminary testing is recommended (plastics, powder coatings, exotic wood types and bituminous materials). Reinforce weak and/or porous substrates first with Fixapox. On difficult synthetic materials, Seal & Bond Special Primer can improve adhesion. Due to the variety of paints and coatings on the market, testing is recommended. The use of products based on alkyd resins can slow down the drying process. Use Safety Clean for safe cleaning and degreasing, for perfect finishing and for removing uncured Novatio polymers. Use Novakleen pH9 for finishing on porous materials. For mirror bonding in sanitary areas, apply only vertical adhesive beads to avoid stagnant moisture from condensation. Ideal adhesive thickness for optimal bonding strength: 3 mm.

BONDING, ASSEMBLING AND SEALING The renewed Seal & Bond MS60 is based on Next Gen Polymer Technology, the latest generation of hybrid polymers. MS60 is free of harmful substances such as phthalates, solvents, isocyanates. It can be used safely on all materials and develops a very high tensile and adhesive strength. MS60 is completely water- and windproof, and can be used as an effective Radon barrier. It is permanently elastic in the long term and has high weather- and UV-resistance. MS60 is overpaintable with virtually all paints, except alkyd resin-based paints. Seal & Bond MS60 is ISEGA-approved for incidental contact with foodstuffs.AdvantagesApplicable down to -10°C Also on moist substrate Tensile strength up to 38 kg/cm² Safe for people and the environment High mould resistanceUse Processing temperature between -10°C and +40°C. At temperatures below 0°C, curing will slow down considerably. Apply to a clean, stable, dust- and grease-free substrate. Clean and degrease with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam. Test adhesion on plastics, powder coatings, exotic wood species and bituminous materials. S&B Special primer increases the adhesive strength on difficult (LSE) plastics and powder coatings. First reinforce weak and/or porous substrates with Fixapox. S&B MS60 cures through a reaction with (air) humidity. When used between two airtight materials, it is recommended to very lightly moisten one of the surfaces. Use vertical adhesive beads to avoid moisture and dust accumulation. Ideal glue thickness: 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Thin layers = higher strength. Thicker layers = higher elasticity. When used as a sealing compound: smooth off with Safety clean (only on smooth materials) or Novakleen pH9 on porous materials. Overpaintable after skin formation. Do not use with alkyd-based paints and coatings. Use Safety Clean for cleaning tools and/or removing uncured S&B MS60. Cured S&B MS60 can only be removed by mechanical means.Technical specifications(All values at 23°C / 50% relative humidity) Base: Next Gen Polymer Technology.
